Jeremy coaches senior executives, partners and next-generation leaders to help maximise their impact and fulfilment in their roles. Jeremy was previously the CEO of an international law firm, piloting the business from turnaround to market-leading growth, while championing a award-winning strategy to increase gender/racial equality and social mobility. He helped to drive the transformation of his firm to become the largest in the world. He served in management and Board roles within the firm for over 14 years.

Prior to that, for many years, Jeremy was a highly ranked City M&A lawyer, working across many sectors in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. His clients ranged from start-ups to Fortune 500. He is now a non-executive director in the legal and tech industries, a Senior Adviser to investment bank Panmure Gordon and a charity trustee.

Jeremy’s hands-on experience give him an instinctive understanding of the pressures and challenges facing leaders today, together with a real appreciation for the excitement and inspiration that they can bring. He works with clients across a wide range of UK and international businesses, as well as with leaders in the NHS and charity sector CEOs.
