About Jeremy

Based in London, Jeremy has coached clients in the US, Canada, Europe and The Middle East, as well as in the UK. He focuses on 1-1 coaching and on leadership development programmes. He graduated through the Mastered coaching programme with Meyler Campbell and is Hogan accredited.

Until May 2021, Jeremy was CEO of the UK, Middle East and Ireland region of Dentons, the world’s largest law firm. In that role he had full strategy and P&L responsibility for a business of 200 partners, employing 1500 people across 14 offices. He also sat on the Global Managing Committee of the firm as it transformed through global expansion and combination.

Under Jeremy’s leadership, the firm entered the top 50 of the UK’s Social Mobility Index and the top 100 Stonewall LGBT+ best employers Index for the first time, and become the first City law firm to have a Board comprised of 50:50 men: women.

Prior to being CEO, Jeremy was an M&A and corporate lawyer for more than 25 years advising Boards from FTSE 100s to start ups. Jeremy now serves as a Senior Adviser to Panmure Gordon and NED of rradar an innovative tech-driven law firm.
