Hande’s extensive multi-national coaching experience, together with her deep expertise in leadership psychology and her senior level corporate background, have made a her a much sought-after coach for global leaders. As a lead coach at INSEAD business school, Hande has worked with a diverse range of leaders, from a variety of cultures, geographies and industries. Her coaching and advisory work at Director and Chair level, has given her a broad and insightful perspective on board dynamics, processes, composition and development.

The foundations of her 18-year coaching track record, lie in Hande’s earlier HR management career, coupled with her years of training in organisational clinical psychology.

She has additionally held various chair and board member roles in professional organisations across Europe and Turkey.
