Key principles we coach
As we know from our extensive experience of working with CEO’s and senior leaders that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to culture transformation. However, we have learned a few valuable principles which we coach our clients to embrace on their journey. Here are a selection of them:
- Culture change always starts at the top – leaders must therefore ‘model’ the values and behaviours they want to see in others.
- The leadership at the top must be fully aligned on a clear, memorable strategic story that they consistently ‘live’.
- People bring their best to work when they are performing, growing and enjoying themselves. Too great an emphasis on performance blocks growth and change.
- The role of the coach is to help leaders develop strategies for change and to accelerate progress – both corporately and individually.
