Coaching Experience

I have a particularly strong track record of working in businesses with a ‘technical’ core including ⎯ research-driven environments, healthcare, finance, foods and ingredients, technology, transport and logistics, engineering, construction and infrastructure companies. In addition to working with a number of enterprise and regional CEO’s & COO’s, I have coached top Executives in big category-leadership roles (up to £5BN revenue), Science & Technology, Innovation, Finance, R&D, Operations, Strategy, Risk, Actuarial, Audit, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering disciplines. I’ve also worked internationally – and across cultures – in EMEA, Asia and the USA. Quite by accident, I seem to have developed a reputation for:

  • Accelerating culture development through better strategies and teamwork at the top
  • Enabling leaders with ‘big left brains’ to get their right hemisphere’s to catch up!
  • And putting the ‘fast’ back in to businesses that should be fast-moving

Commercial Experience

I started as a Country and Regional General Manager in Europe and the Middle East, so understand the challenges of ‘people’ – later moving into consulting with PA Consulting Group, Deloitte and Sibson-Segal as Partner. I am a founder of The Alexander Partnership.
