In his 20+ year career as leadership coach, Phil has worked with well over 50 CEO’s, hundreds of executive teams and many thousands of senior managers and executives. He has also led a number of organisational change, OD and leadership development initiatives for clients seeking to imbed a wider cultural change more deeply in their organisational DNA.
He has a significant track-record of value creation in Financial Services, Retail, Private Equity, Supply Chain and Distribution, Manufacturing and Professional Services.
Phil’s career started in Executive Search before later moving into General & Country Management with DHL in the Middle East. Prior to joining Alexander, Phil also worked with PA Consulting Group, Deloitte and Sibson-Segal Consulting as Senior Principal and Partner.
