Nancy began coaching Chief Executives and her C-suite colleagues in 1999 in their interactions with stakeholders. In 2008 she established her executive development practice expanding into 21st century leadership skills and capabilities. She works across many industries including banking, financial services, pharmaceutical and life sciences, property and retail, law, professional services, online publishing and fast-moving consumer goods. Coaching clients have included CEOs, CFOs, CPOs Entrepreneurs, Group Finance, VP/Senior Directors in Research & Development, Partners in professional services, as well as technical and commercial leaders across several industries.
She coaches individuals and teams and is an educator in agile leadership and leading through complexity. Clients remark on her ability to sense the core and essence of a challenge or opportunity and appreciate her strong business acumen combined with a centred, grounded and balanced persona. She brings knowledge of research relevant to high performance, resilience and mental agility that can be applied to accelerate growth.
Nancy has nearly 20 years of international experience as a senior, board-level executive and senior manager at Global and European levels in the engineering, healthcare and public affairs sectors. Nancy was a key leader as companies achieved significant transformation through integrations of five cross-boarder acquisitions, corporate portfolio restructurings and crises and major issues. Her functional focus was corporate marketing, strategic and financial communications, which reached across the full breadth of the organisation.
Having been based in six countries she has gained a deep understanding of various cultures and the prime role of an organisation’s culture in sustainable performance. Prior to her executive career, Nancy was an international ballet soloist.
