Lloyd has been coaching leaders since his 20 years at the top of corporate life. He founded CEO Coaching in 2013 and co-founded Paradox Partners before joining The Alexander Partnership. Lloyd coaches a wide variety of leaders at the most senior level in business, financial services, education, sports management, marketing services, trusts & charities.
Lloyd’s executive career included running a wide variety of organisations for 20 years, including board positions of FTSE organisations (WHSmiths, Crest Nicholson, Woolworths, St Ives). His board experience included roles as CEO and NED of PLC’s, private companies and Trusts. Lloyd is a seasoned chairman, having chaired many boards throughout his career.
Lloyd is a qualified coach through the Meyler Campbell Mastered Business Coaching programme and a Master NLP Practitioner. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath. Lloyd is accredited to deliver a variety of psychometric profiling tools: MBTI, FIRO-B, Realise 2 strengths model and Hogan Personality and Development Inventories.
