Francesca combines her experience of working within global organisations in Europe, Asia and the US, with her deep coaching skills so that she quickly relates to the challenges, pressures & opportunities facing the senior leader.

She has worked with a wide range of senior leaders across industries and geographies including Partners in global law firms, executive leaders in Financial Services, senior managers in Professional Services firms and top athletes. Her coaching clients are based in Europe, Asia and the US. Francesca aims to develop a strong partnership with her clients and works relentlessly and with passion to act as a catalyst for sustainable, positive change.
An Italian national, mother of a boy and a girl, married to a Dutch man, Francesca has lived in the US, Asia and Europe, working in a senior leadership capacity in two global organisations. As a result, Francesca understands diversity, the quirks of human nature, the pressure that comes with leadership roles and the deep rooted desire to succeed and aim higher.Francesca coaches in both English and Italian.
Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Francesca spent nearly two decades working for JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs, where she held senior management positions across the Investment Banking and the Securities Divisions in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Francesca began her career at JPMorgan as an M&A and Financing specialist, focusing on top-tier European Corporate clients, and later joined Goldman Sachs to help spearhead the firm's efforts in the Middle East, working with the region's most prominent Sovereign Wealth Funds. She subsequently expanded her remit to include Asia based Sovereign Wealth Funds, before becoming responsible for Goldman Sachs' Securities Division strategy in Asia. Back in Europe Francesca expanded her coverage to include Private Wealth clients and Family Offices, before deciding to become a full time professional leadership and Executive Coach.Throughout her career, Francesca’s passion has always been people and teams and she was greatly involved in the firm’s diversity, mentoring and talent development efforts.
