Chris has spent a lifetime exploring better ways to coach. While in his twenties, he was a qualified Austrian ski-instructor. Following Tim Gallwey’s groundbreaking Inner Game coaching books, he became Europe’s first Inner Game ski instructor.
Working with Alexander in the nineties, Chris was part of the team that tested and evolved the GROW coaching model.
In 1993, Chris opened an office for Alexander in San Francisco.
More recently, Chris has developed proprietary software tools to provide highest quality multi-perspective feedback to Executives and their teams. The latest version provides Realtime Continuous feedback within the team environment.
He is one of the few Executive Coaches with more than 25 years’ experience helping senior executives and their teams to perform at their best, assisting with issues that range from strategic planning and organisational design to leadership style and interpersonal relationships.
Chris has consulted to many Fortune 500 companies based in the San Francisco Bay Area, spanning many industry sectors – Apple Computer, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, Chiron, GAP, PG&E, Stanford Healthcare, Union Bank, Visa, Wells Fargo. He also acted as VP, People and Culture Innovation for one of the largest privately held internet development companies in the US.
Chris is originally from England. He studied business administration and then Social Science at University of California, Berkeley.
