Becky first started Coaching Chief Executives and their direct reports over 10 years ago and qualified in Coaching at that time.
She has worked in a broad range of industries including, Oil and Gas, Media, Retail, Consumer, Airlines, Retail Banking, Utilities and Business Services and is comfortable moving between sectors and organisations. Her Coaching clients have included Group HR, Group Finance, Retail Directors, Marketing and Strategy Directors as well as CEOs. She also has deep experience working with Private Equity backed CEOs and their top teams across a range of industries.
Working at the highest level within FTSE Boards and Executive committees she understands the issues, decisions and dilemmas facing her clients and with laser accuracy will focus on the most fundamental issues and critical questions.

Becky has over 25 years’ business experience, an early career in Retail buying and Consumer Goods, brand marketing followed by Strategy Consulting with The Boston Consulting Group where she worked closely with a broad range of Global companies at Board level on their biggest strategic issues.
Prior to joining Alexander, Becky has been a top Head Hunter, firstly with Spencer Stuart where she led the Internet Practice across Europe and then as a Partner of the highly regarded JCA Group where she led the Board Practice. She has worked with many of the top FTSE Boards to hire Chairmen and Non-Executives and has a good understanding of how Boards operate, their dynamics and the keys to making a successful Board thrive.
